- Fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading property information.
- Listings for properties you do not own, manage, or represent with permission.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights.
- Offensive, abusive, or illegal content, including hate speech or harassment.
We may edit, hide, or remove any listing or content at our discretion, including content reported by other users or authorities.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
Some features of the Platform, including additional or highlighted listings, may require a paid subscription or one-time fee.
4.1 Billing

- By purchasing a plan, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

- Post spam, scams, or fraudulent listings.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

In any case, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us during the last 3 months, if any.
